When we speak to candidates we establish that they have

More than a CV

 

The CV will be accompanied by information confirming details of salary, location and qualifications and any further information you may have asked us for. It will also summarize why your Consultant believes the candidate is suitable for the role.

This is how your vacancy will be handled: -

1. An Account Manager.  Your vacancy will be allocated to the Consultant most suitable to work on your vacancy due to their expertise and knowledge of the skills you are recruiting for.

2. Headhunting. We use our networks to start headhunting immediately for the best candidate, which accelerates the process, looks at a bigger audience, and keeps your costs low. We don’t just theorise. We bring solid business skills to the world of headhunting with speed, allied to an understanding of cost control and profit.

3. Rapid Response. Suitable candidates applying for the role, will be contacted about the role within a working day of applying. They will be interviewed on the telephone and if suitable will be briefed on your company and the vacancy. Salary requirement, location and availability and other relevant information will accompany the CV..

4. Searches for Candidates. We have an extensive database of skilled candidates registered with us. We will use our knowledge of the people we know who are looking for a new role to ascertain if there is a suitable candidate for your role.

In many Recruitment Agencies, your Consultant is tasked with spending half the day or more seeking new business instead of sourcing candidates. It is primarily a sales role.

Therefore your Consultant spends all day everyday focusing on finding you the right person and is not immersed in cold calling to find the next opportunity.
